batter for deep frying

For the first coating (dry batter)
½ cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
¼ cup corn flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsps. Oil

For the second coating (liquid batter)
½ cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
¼ cup corn flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsps. Oil
½ cup water (fill the cup till the top)
